Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged with proper full unboxing video of the parcel and should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, we cannot offer an exchange or refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging, without any damage.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- A 360-degree unboxing video (from package opening to end) is mandatory to claim damages. If not provided, WishKart will not be responsible for courier-related damages.

Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if the product is out of stock or if the order is undelivered within 15 working days from the date of order
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of delivery.
If the order is cancelled by the customer, 5.2% website handling charges will be deducted from the total bill value.
Partial payments made for COD orders are non refundable at any cause
Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
If the customer collects the product directly from the store or through third-party services such as Dunzo, Porter, or Rapido, shipping charges will not be refunded.
