Your Item Must Be Unused And In The Same Condition That You Received It.

The Item Must Be In The Original Packaging Without Any Damage.

To Complete Your Return, We Require A Receipt Or Proof Of Purchase.

1. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with proper 360 Degree unboxing video from opening to end showing it’s damage . If failed to capture unboxing video we are not responsible for any kind of courier damages .

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a what’s app message with Your order Id and exchange information.

2. Refund Policy

Refund will be provided only when product is out of stock . Refund will be made in 7 working days from date of order.

3. Shipping Policy :

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return and sending back the goods.

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
